FD watch

New finance directors have been appointed at Trakm8, Petrocapital Resources, Futura Medical, Deal Group Media and Phynova.

Itamar Dov Eder has resigned as chief financial officer of water filter company Amiad. Eder has been CFO since 2004.

James Hedges
has been appointed finance director of GPRS-based hardware and software company Trakm8. Hedges, who replaces Tim Couling, has been the firm’s group financial controller for the past two years.

Timothy Le Druillenec
has been appointed finance director of Petrocapital Resources. He was previously FD of Pacific Media and Bella Media.

Nigel Bacon has resigned as finance director of Network Group Holdings following the recent disposal of Pertemps People Development Group. Paul Davis, group financial controller, will assume responsibility for financial matters on the board.

Derek Martin has been appointed finance director of pharmaceutical group Futura Medical. Martin joined the company as financial controller in April 2007.

Zoe Tang has been appointed finance director of online marketing group Deal Group Media. She was previously chief financial officer at renewable energy company Conergy.

Michael Martin
has been appointed chief financial officer of botanical drug development company Phynova. He was previously the group’s non-executive director. Martin has been a partner in Anvil Partners since 1995.
